Made of 1060 Carbon Steel Shinobi Katana Iaito Practice Sword.

Whether you are a beginning or advanced student the iaito (unsharpened practice sword) is an essential part of your training equipment. The unsharpened edge, full tang, and carbon steel construction allows the practitioner to train their edge and build their strength with confidence.

This is the Shinobi Ko Katana edition. The shortened blade length, lighter weight and pulled back balance point make it ideal for young adults and shorter practitioners. The Ko Katana size also makes this sword ideal for training in areas with lower ceilings.

This is the Carbon Steel Wakizashi Iaito Practice Sword. The blade of the sword has been constructed from Carbon Steel with an aesthetic hamon. A bohi has been added to the blade for audible feedback when swung. The blade comes unsharpened and full tang.

• Tsuka: The tsuba is black alloy with a kiku sukashi design. The tsuka features double pinned smoked bamboo mekugi. The fuchigashira are plain antiqued alloy. The ito is black cotton over ray skin samegawa.
